This is where you are asked to share a link to your product catalog, either from your own website or another online retailer which is a smooth process.

How Long Does Wayfair Take to Ship?
It depends on what kind of product you have purchased. On Wayfair, items are divided into two categories for shipping:
Small Items
- Sent via UPS or FedEx.
- Shipping options that list the speed of delivery.
- Packages less than 150 lbs.
Large Items
- Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.
- Shipping options that list the type of delivery.
- Typically take one to three weeks for delivery.
In any case, Wayfair keeps its customers updated throughout the shipping process with email and SMS notifications.
Returns on Wayfair
While partnering up with your dropshipping supplier, it is important you are well aware of their Return Policy. If your buyers do not see any friendly returns policy on their purchases, chances are they will switch to other sellers. If you are selling Wayfair products on eBay, it becomes even more important because eBay ranks the listings higher with a bigger returns window like a 60-day return policy.
So, you must be wondering what Returns Policy Wayfair offers to its customers (you).

On Wayfair, you can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. The buyers will bear the return shipping costs, and the item must be:
- In its original, undamaged condition
- Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, the customer must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.
There are a few items that can’t be returned and including:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
- Live Plants
Wayfair does not refund any outbound shipping charges collected on the order which include:
- $4.99 shipping charge (for orders under $35)
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
- Assembly services included delivery
If the item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, Wayfair will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. I recommend speaking to Wayfair first about how they will resolve the issue and then forward the same response to your buyers.

Does Wayfair Make You Return Damaged Items?
Wayfair Damaged Or Defective Item Policy says you must contact them about any damaged or defective item within the first 30 days of the delivery date for a resolution. If it is reported more than 30 days after the delivery date, Wayfair reserves the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item.
Also, if you have already assembled your Wayfair furniture, you cannot return it. However, if you receive a piece of damaged furniture, you can still return it within the 30-day window.
Pro-tip: If you are dropshipping from Wayfair to another platform, you must learn about its Returns Policy to avoid business loss.

Thank you for asking.
There are two ways to work with Wayfair.
1. SELL ON WAYFAIR: Wayfair does not have warehouses. If you are a manufacturer/wholesale furniture supplier, they partner up with you. That means, they list your items to sell on the Wayfair platform… when the item sells, they send the order to you (your warehouse) so that you can pack it and ship it to the customer. Here, you are NOT a drop shipper, but a supplier and Wayfair is a drop shipper.
2. SELL FROM WAYFAIR: You sell on eBay (or elsewhere), place an order with Wayfair and they ship to your customer.
